If you are looking for a fantastic wedding DJ, DJ JIMBO Entertainment is the way to go! I relied on reviews for many of my vendors, and I am writing this one because my husband and I were extremely pleased with Jim's services for our wedding reception. Our planning with him was a breeze and we could tell from Jim's experience that he knew how to MC a reception with ease. He was very professional and his sound system was perfect for our venue (101 guests). He really read the crowd and played music perfectly suited for all ages and generations. Our elderly/senior guests heard the classics (at the perfect volume) and our bar tender actually complimented Jim to me for playing awesome throwback dance music like the Backstreet Boys and Trey Songz! He also included surprises that bride and groom LOVED, such as "Be Our Guest" from Beauty and the Beast at the moment dinner was served! I was delighted. We literally heard every song we were looking for, and so much more. To top it off, Jim wore a suit and tie that perfectly coordinated with our wedding colors. We were so pleased with his professionalism, experience, and energy. If you want a night to remember, you should hire DJ Jimbo for your wedding! Our guests are still raving about him a month later!

DJ Jimbo was amazing to work with! He was extremely helpful in the selection of our special songs and with planning out the reception timeline. Jim is super friendly and always willing to help. Our reception was filled with fun and great music, thanks to him. I highly recommend Jim for those getting married in the LV.

I have seen thousands of weddings, and that is no joke. I have been running hotels for over 10 years and the DJ can make or break the flow of events. DJ Jimbo was an expert the whole way through. My wife is Chinese and he was able to flow her music (not the easiest to dance to!) into the event to make her happy. Due to his expertise, even grandma got up and danced! I highly recommend this high energy DJ for all your audio needs!

Jim was AWESOME. We first met Jim at the bridle show at the Holiday Inn in Fogelsville. Jim took the time to talk with us. Monica and I felt very comfortable. Pricing was extremely competitive.

Jim took the time to meet with us at Panera bread. We went over many details and ideas that we had. It seemed that he was writing down our every word. That is a sign of a good listener. He is also very detailed oriented.

We had changes as many do. Jim worked with us and never questioned anything. We even had a special song edited by my father in law for the father/daughter dance that he was able to play.

I could go on and on about Jim. The point is that Jim helped our wedding day become a dream come true. I will be sure to recommend you to everyone.

My partner and I recently got married on October 4th, 2013 and Jim did a truly amazing job for us. From start to finish he was easy to work with. Jim took all of our requests into consideration, offered suggestions when needed, and truly went out of his way to make sure that our day was the celebration we wanted it to be. I would recommend him for any event big or small.

DJ JIMBO did a great job with our wedding reception! From the planning meeting where he gave us suggestions for songs to play as well as brought things to mind we hadn't thought of and timing of the reception, to the actual event itself. Little touches I didn't even think of, like giving my best friend and her husband a shout out for getting my husband and I together. He does the little things right... he got the names of our bridal party members pronounced correctly (and we had a few odd ones), which I've rarely heard at receptions, kept guests informed of things like the bar closing over dinner. We gave him an idea of our song preferences and he matched them with what he played at the reception perfectly, took guest requests. He's laid back and comfortable on the mic. And the biggest praise I could offer is that Jim kept our guests on the dance floor the entire reception! I mean, he diverted attention during parent dances and cake cutting, but otherwise, there were no awkward attempts at getting people up to dance. We went to a wedding 3 weeks later and my husband and I, as newlyweds, wanted to dance together, but we were the only adult couple... the only few other people on the dance floor were kids. That DJ played hardly any slow songs and often played strange tempo... no quite fast, not quite slow... songs. So when you have that comparison just 3 weeks later, makes you all the more aware of what a great DJ we had!

Wedding planning is stressful enough, and DJ Jim made this portion of planning easy & care free. He took the time to listen to our requests (like and dislikes) Jim was thorough when going through the set list & kept the night going & most importantly kept everyone on the dance floor. Music was a 10, lighting a 10, He made the whole experience beyond what we expected. We wouldn't have had it any other way and highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a DJ!! Thanks Jim!!!

My husband and I were recently married on May 31, 2013 and Dj Jim Marchetto was nothing short of amazing. Jim has a great music selection and played everything we possibly could have wanted. The lighting was also spectacular. Jim kept the wedding moving along smoothly and the pace was great. Other than the music and lighting Jim has an amazing, outgoing personality. He is also extremely professional and helpful. Right before the wedding I became extremely sick and Jim was even more sensitive to my needs throughout the rest of the wedding planning and reception. Overall, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better dj for our wedding. We absolutely loved every minute and would never consider using anyone else!
